MONITORING AND EVALUATION

We strongly support the implementation and strengthening of monitoring and evaluation mechanisms in the execution of various projects to achieve set objectives through planned workshops, in-house training and other capacity enhancing programmes.

In partnership with Galexo Pty Ltd of Australia, we promote the adoption of Result Based Monitoring and Evaluation (RBM&E) using the Package Planning (PACPLAN), software and process solution. The PACPLAN solution enhances transparency, accountability, adaptability and flexibility of projects whether public or private; it also helps project implementation in the shortest possible time frame as well as performance measurement.
